I'm happy to help.

Bradford includes a page 2 to the CIR. I guess it's not really instructions. I've never seen it before and didn't really read it. It states at the bottom to retain for 30 years.

This wasn't in previous versions of CF and there is not option to not include it with the CIR. I think it is an error on Bradfords part.

Both pages load up in alamode as well but it looks like you can delete the second. Then again, FHA may chastise you for it... Thanks Greg!

CIR help

I have a similar line of questioning that I was hoping to get help with. I called for quite a few repairs on a 100+ year old house for a purchase transaction. The home owner called me up last week saying he was good to go and I was going to love the work he has done. Went out yesterday and quite possibility the property is in worse shape. He had a copy of my report and read line by line what I called for and tried to tell me he took care of everything I called for. Whatever. My question on the CIR which check box do I use. I see box #7 but it is referencing HUD-92800.5B which I am not familiar with? Basically the place still needs quite a few repairs and wondering how I correctly convey this on the CIR? Thanks.

Look at number 6. Correction req'd by report dated_________ not acceptably completed..

Perfect, read right over that. Thanks.

Ummm...who asked for the CIR?

The lender

Whew.... Alright then...I believe you have found your answer.

I've seen this same thing. The borrower doesn't want to pay the price to have the work done. The have watched a few home improvement shows and think, "what to hell...I can do it myself." I'm sure that in their mind it is a masterpiece.
