Short term-CoreLogic always raises prices/fees after an acquisition, which in this case will make the most expensive software even higher. Long term-There's mega changes coming to the industry, CoreLogic is positioning itself.

And before you panic and buy another software package, this is the beginning of a consolidation in the appraisal software industry. What you buy now may not exist in the near future.

Does USPAP address the implications of knowingly using a software provider that data mines our reports of confidential information? Don't we have a responsibility to protect confidential info?
