I was just a little bit jealous that Danny was getting all the attention.

Danny is a friend first, CRN member too. Tim is also a friend first, CRN member too.

Yep, the true believers never like to hear an opposing point of view. You are actually perfect for Phil's podcast...you fit right in with his target audience and he keeps telling you exactly what you want to hear. You must be on the edge of your seat every week waiting for the next podcast so you can listen to the next conspiracy theory or the next malcontent guest he brings on to trash the GSEs, the AI, AMC's or whomever else they believe is conspiring to doom appraisers.

BTW, If you don't think I have any business being on the Appraisers Forum, feel free to ignore me.

The last podcast was rich. He mispronounced everyone's name and misused a few words.

Same MO Danny. After I testified before Congress he started telling the world what I think. It is an insult to appraisers. Appraisers can read and think for themselves. He never invited me to talk about it. Conspiracies are a lot more fun to weave.

What I still cannot figure out is why he didn't just do what he suggested others do and reach out to me ??????? I talk to appraisers almost every day. I am not exactly hard to reach

Of course, had he done that that little conspiracy theory would have been instantly shot down.

I do hope that the listeners have enough common sense to figure out that if I did have some secret deal with a GSE I would also have an NDA and would not have said what I said in that tweet. A little common sense can go a long way. Just sayin

Phil definitely needs a smack down. I'm thinking pay-per-view. Not the $99 it cost for Mayweather vs McMagically Delicious, but maybe $5 to go the Retirement Home for Appraisers.

Gotta remember. There are appraisers and there are those who make their living from appraisers. Segregating their posts make sense that way.

So which is Phil's main way of making a living? Appraising, the podcast, or the title company that he is the VP of?

Phil is the second coming of Biggers....telling a certain segment of appraisers exactly what they want to hear and setting himself up to look like their defender and their hero. I wonder if Phil will find a way to monetize that hero status as well as Biggers did through the Mercury network which made a load of money pushing BPO's along with AMC appraisal orders (in addition to direct lender orders) along with selling AVM's. You have got to hand to Mr. Biggers, he cashed out and made millions.

BTW, I can't claim to be the first one to make the analogy between Phil and Biggers, someone else I knew came up with that observation
