Here's How Much the U.S. Imports From Mexico

We are importing like $1.8 billion a day from Mexico.

Our export vs import ratio is huge from China and Mexico. They know they have us in the corner. Play me Trump. Play me Elon.

If less appraisers are going to be needed in the future, why are some of these unethical companies marketing directly to women and minorities all over the Internet to come take parea and become an appraiser?
 
Not just marketing to minorities. Why is anyone marketing this profession to anyone right now?

The CG trade hasn't been hit as hard yet but its just a matter of time before that happens, too. The only real barrier to that is the easy availability of the data.

Because they are unethical, unethical people do unethical things.

It seems that the DEI-centered companies got a grant, and if they lure in naive people and fail to deliver or train them for a dead-end field, the company already got paid.
There's a new sheriff in town now out to demolish DEI so idk how long a company like RDS would stay in business.

It will hit a wall, as all trends do. Perhaps it already has. At leas until genuine AI is developed, not an AVM and not Chat GPT but real trained to think like an appaiser AI - which can replicate the appraisal process. Even there AI des not auto function, it usually partners with humans at some level.

They seem to be marketing to those that are desperate with debt (college degree required) but only require that you have big dreams for quick cash (common for get rich quick scams).
