DESKTOP appraisal's - The appraiser's Best Play?

My software company certainly seems excited about homeowners being able to do the inspections via "Tru Vu" Virtual App and also really excited about the Desktop Forms. Serms like the software companies may have a clear plan to get those "interior floor plans" from gosh, I dont know something they have access to. I never did those during Covid and I'm not going to start now. Where is the excitement and preparedness coming from if not Fannie/Freddie? It ain't appraisers. Maybe AMC's and Appraiser Mills?

Of course they are excited. They think its an opportunity to make more money.
They want your signature. Nothing else. Insurance is not cheap!
