Does Tech Support Request from Total respond anymore?

So in your opinion, is the spec not workable?
It's workable, but not how I would have designed it. The dumbest thing is all the fields for data points that the federal government already has (like is it native land, superfund site, etc - they already know this). I'm still not in love with the solutions from the new web providers (annoying web forms with terrible font sizes and colors) nor the legacy providers (wysiwyg form mirror with endless dropdown lists), it seems like it could be so much more streamlined and "assisted" by good UX/UI and with the boring parts "automated" (and I don't mean in the "magical AI unicorn promises" way).

3) It doesn't allow for digital work files. Not about to buy folders and print out paper etc again.
Don't you have dropbox or one of those cloud sync systems? I could not imagine living without, and would be quite nervous actually (machines can crash, get stolen, house burn down etc).

Yes I have an external hard drive and a cloud system. I am referring to my work files (MLS sheets, graphs, data, comps I grid out but chose not to use, etc.) My work files attach directly to the report. I open the report. And I can look at my work files. Simple. And simple to put in. And those are backed up as well in the external hard drive and cloud. And frankly if my house burns down I could give a crap about my appraisal files. I'm 71, good time to quit if my house burns down. I got bigger things to think about. By the way I had my office was completely destroyed by a tornado in the early 2000's (can' remember exact year). My hard drive on computer and my external hard drive survived. And that was before the days of the cloud.

I just did my first 3.6 with total. Did it desktop. Not 1 issue with anything. Did not come back with any issue. Got a template ready. Just waiting for spark to put out their subj and comps put into the form. Just to much un needed info for the subject and comps.

So sitting here, waiting for a 3.6 flood, cause nobody seems to be able to do one. But, so far, only crickets about starting Nov from my lenders. Not going to raise fee right now, although i think my lenders are expecting it. Gotta see the volume, and with another fed rate coming, god help us.

Altho this is something to use AI for. It's really good at sorting and condensing files

Well I am 71. I keep up with technology quite a bit. Got my first computer in 1983. I use AI on a regular basis for many things. But I just don’t want to deal with another thing to take up my time. And it would take time. Time and energy I would rather put toward something I truly enjoy or I find more worthwhile.
