Lenders and AMC buy lists of appraisers from the states.
You might pick up a straggler (consumer) client from time to time but doubtful.

Actually if you have a specialty you get quite a bit of work. I get at least 20-30% of my jobs from people seeking my specialist skills.

Y'all paying way too much with squarespace and the like. Transfer your domain to google (you should be using them for email anyway). They have a free website creator you can use. My domain is $7 per year. Google email/drive/etc is $6 per month. And I pay $2 per month for extra storage so I don't have to delete anything.
