eAppraiseIT Sues Pamela Crowley

Congratulations, Pam

As far as I'm concerned, eAppraisIt has admitted that everything Pam has said about them is true.

A major network news channel is sending an interview and camera crew next week. My attorney, Eric Lanigan, will be with me.

This is just what the gutless fools must fear the most. As fools will, they've got themselves stuck in it. Merlo must be excrementing in his pants.

I just posted this on Appraisal Scoop. I know this has been brought up many times already, but for what it's worth-

Congratulations Pam! We should all stop and think though. Even though the case against Pam has been withdrawn, and that is a wonderfull victory, she/we still face(s) many obstacles as a result of all of this.
Nobody wants to hire Pam now, and taking offensive legal action requires lots of money. It is unfortunate but, money is a neccessity. Any appraiser that wants things to change should show their support for her by sending whatever they can afford so she can keep fighting for us. Make the check payable to her or her attorney (or even better one of each), and send them here-
Eric A. Lanigan, Esq.

Pam's fight belongs to all of us. We will all benefit if she wins, and we will all lose if she loses. I want to win, and I will give my last nickel if it will help. Please take the time and write the checks!

(I need a good hair stylist fast!)
I can clip steers and heifers. It can't be that much different. :new_all_coholic: :rof:

True Hal, but it's one thing, that we all know to be evident, it's another when it's actually documented.

I think Pam should put together a ceu class or two about fraud, lending, etc. Then hit the teaching circuit. This class would be good for appraiser ceu, real estate agent ceu, & mb/lo ceu. I bet she would be the hit of the teaching circuit....and a chance to make some decent money as well.

I can clip fillys. Between the two of us we could have her fit for show. I bet they would even pin a tri-color on her.

She should really look into it. I think it a great idea.

Challenge for 500 Appraisers, Lenders, posters. etc.

Now is the time to step up to the plate and be counted where it counts.
In order for Pam to move forward, and it looks like she will advance quite a few giant steps, we must help defray the costs of doing so.
She has done so much for this industry, I am challenging 500 appraisers and other posters on the forum to donate and match my check going out so that she can start with the sum of $150,000.
If you divide that amount by 500, you will find out what the challenge amount is.
I only wish I could send more!
After all there are 114 pagers of posts on this topic. Probably one of the highest ones in a long time.

Let's really support the Paminator!

And THANK YOU.

I hope they're reading this

I really hope that eAppraiseIt has their minion spies reading this thread, so they can see for themselves the outrage in the appraisal community over not only what they've done to Pam, but with what their admitted hooliganism and shennanigans have done to our profession.

You seem to forget that they don't really give a rats tail about what they have done, nor care what the results are....My guess is that after their ""minions"" monitored this and other threads realized that although they claimed they were damaged by Pam...they would be more damaged by the questioning of the CEO...

It appears that those of us that don't kowtow to them are the enemy and they will do all that they can to remove the enemy from the equation.
