Theoretically TAF could have already cut their own publication periods short if they wanted to. Your state could have required more frequent update courses, like 1/year. If they wanted to.

The interesting part is that it is unenforceable in many states; the first USPAP is the only enforceable edition.

Well then that must mean that none of those states are enforcing that their state's regs which relate to such.
