Ever Wondered Who's Selling Us Out?

Exactly where is the "gossip" Ken? Folks are just commenting on the facts listed on this company's website. I missed the "gossip".

Start at post 1 and work your way down, shouldn't be hard to find.

Low-balling the competition is not against the law. What is against the law is a little thing known as "price fixing."

If the company is allegedly violating FL law regarding supervision of trainees, that is something that should be investigated by the proper authorities.

I wonder how long it will take before someone who is convicted in absentia by this kangaroo court, and defamed publically herein, sues the crap out of this website and its self-appointed triers-of-gossip.
Actually it is against the law to charge a fee below the reasonable costs of production. It is called predatory pricing.

So now, all we have to do is come to a concensus as to what is reasonable...?

......and find out why nobody has ever been prosecuted for this "predatory pricing"?

Its also against the law to tear the label off a matress, but if nobody cares.....?

Dam. If i keep editing my responses as to not hurt peoples feelings, i will have to go slap myself.

"Some people on the forum have no work, and rather than look at themselves, and maybe increase their business skills, they would rather blame others for their downfall.
Sitting around talking isnt going to pay the bills.
If i come across serious issues, i will make complaints. If some dude wants to undercharge the competition and work for the bare minimum, well, thats this choice.
I dont cut my fees, and have a steady influx of work. I dont understand his business plan, but if it works for him, good luck"

At last. . .take responsibility for yourself.. .don't blame the other guy. . .what a concept!

Fight fire with fire, take a few review assignments at a discount and uncover the rocks Lowball Fee Appraisers Inc. is hiding behind. If the work is compliant, better look for a new business plan, there is a new paradigm.:rof:

Nice post Mark, i agree %100

Did anyone bother to read the Predatory Pricing slide show? Appraisers working for $175.00 would not come close to meeting the threshold that the Professor speaks of.
