That is why I am asking, "WTH do we have to deal with now?"

if the software fills everything out and adds comments for me.....you know, basically the whole report.....I'm in.

Well, the danger with soo many smart people and so much abundance of findable data is that someone smarter than yous will find something you did wrong, even if you are right. Too much preciseness is a trap waiting for your little brain to touch.

The less people can figure out how you did it, the safer you are, and the more pay that you can make for being brilliant.

I know more than a few appraisers who do, I think it's more of a look loo thing.
