Salesman said the arch support was customized by computer made especially for my feet.
I wear Birkenstocks but they have mild effect on my arch support (better than none).
I hope my expensive customized soles which is expected to last for 6-7 years will put my walking and joints back in balance.

You could of taken care of the problem before you went overseas. You do realize that there are Good Feet stores in the U.S.

Maybe $50 more which one would think is worth it if your problems are as bad as you portray they have been. If your feet are as bad as you say. You could have gone to a foot doctor and got a prescription pair that insurance would cover

It's not that bad. When I showed my feet to the salesman, he said I may have bad shoes. He was honest about it (at my old age trust in people matters) but I still wanted to try out these Good Feet soles before going to a foot doctor. And I'm not that old yet to have insurance cover my orthopedic shoes.

While in Europe, my wife and I bought more Birkenstocks. Cheaper prices than in US with those darn Trump's tariffs.
