Timid: I have photos of dry sinks..good photos and several photos of the scuttle not being opened, want to see them?

Kindly send them to me or post them for everyone to see...it would be interesting to look at the pictures.

Of course open windows. You will find the following in 4150.2:

The appraiser must operate a representative number of windows, interior doors and all exterior and garage doors, as well as verify that the electric garage door operator will reverse or stop when met with resistance during closing.

I agree-- the FHA inspection can be completed fairly quickly when you move room to room, checking everything. How long does it take to flush the toilet and run water, flip the lights?

These days I'm doing so many FHA inspections that all of my inspections have turned into FHA inspections. Not a bad thing-- more thorough inspections are good.
