Ok, I understand what you're asking. Where do I draw the line at my cost? If it's blatant and there are several issues that they should have known about, then I charge $200. I have to take all the pictures add to the 1004D label etc. If it's a small item and I'm in the area taking comp photo's then I do for $50-$100 (depending on access). If it's my fault, I do it for free.

Fail. It could actually be worse than no rail. Lean up against the center area and it will start bowing and probably cause you to do a flip right onto your head.
