The released data from FHFA is useful in the sense that graphs of prior sales in a particular state can be used to show market trends....but only to the end of 2021. There is no 'current' data available, and there is nothing showing specific properties in any area. In other words, the FHFA UAD info is basically generic. Nope....you cannot find 'comp' sales info.
