That is not from either of the GSEs. The GSEs generate SSR reports, and those are provided to lenders, not appraisers. Again, that can be verified with simple Internet searches.I'm not wrong. When have you tried to upload from your software an appraisal with a trainee signature? Try it. Its prior to appraisalscope, mercury or appraisalport. It is not client specific. FNMA gives advice on how to make the appraisals acceptable, but they don't work. I can pdf the files and send them on to clients who will accept the pdf format, but most clients will not.

This is the result returned when trying to upload a report with a trainee signature. The details read For appraiser XXXX there is no match in ASC.gov for License/Certification number 123 in the state of OR. Yes I put in the 123.
Since it refers to "UAD Validation" I can see why one might think it is in some way "official" or from one of the GSEs, but that is not the case.
