Similar to Reggora....
I inquired about something and never received a response....
Hmmmm ... from what I remember, they were based out of MA and ... you're now in MA

Platinum Partnership: Maps, updates, 24x7x365 tech support
(my bold) ... this has been a big factor of my renewing my Elite account

Yes, I have enjoyed/benefited from other services provided over the years, this has been a help

Anything new happening here? I thought the they were supposed to have the big reveal at Appraiser Fest. But Appraiser Fest has come and gone and still not a word from Freedom Appraise.

I took a look at their website this morning and I noticed they now have a link to their price breakdown. It looks like they will offer 3 plans priced at $49, $69, $89.

I would be interested in seeing what the difference is between the 'Automatic Market Analysis', 'Trend Analysis', and 'Adjustments incl. Regression'. Does it seem reasonable that 'Market Analysis' is the 1004MC, 'Trend Analysis' is just a plotting of sale prices and other MLS data, and then of course 'Regression Adjustments' would be a regression analysis?

If that is the case, it seems kind of expensive to get the market analysis and trend analysis, when I get them for free with my MLS subscription. The regression adjustment would be nice though. I wonder if they would ever consider individual addons.

Anyway, I'm still looking for info here. My Total account expires in a few weeks so I need to make a change quick. I really hope that Freedom releases something soon. Otherwise, I think I'll be going to Clickforms or SFREP (If they release their Pro software in that time).

Through emails, I had a conversation with Mr. Andy Arledge who is an appraiser firm owner, and the founder of Freedom Appraise. He said a video all about it should be available in the Facebook groups on Friday or Saturday this week.

According to him, the software is in Quality Control right now, undergoing finalizations. He is hoping everything will be ready in December for the rollout.

At this point, I'm cautiously interested. I look forward to seeing it.

Thanks for the update.

I did a web search for Andy Arledge. I saw Appraiser Genie come up, is this the same guy who is starting Freedom Appraise. If so, how has the service been for Appraiser Genie?

I received a text from Freedom Appraisal yesterday about setting up the MLS system. So they are starting to respond to those who registered for more info on their website. It looks like they are responding on an individual basis in the order that the individuals registered on the website. So if you registered on their website, I expect you will hear something from them in the near future.

Has anyone heard any update from Freedom? I know they kept pushing their release date back. The last email I got said release date would be 2/1/19, but they seem to have disappeared. I have two months left on Total and I really don't want to renew, but also wanted to switch before it expired to have a backup during the learning curve.

if i were in your shoes i would look elsewhere. this thread has been asking about it for the past 5 months or so and there is still essentially no information on their site. i would not want to make my future dependent on a company that operates in that manner but to each their own.

I agree, there has been delay after delay with them, it does make you wonder if the software will be problematic or what kind of customer service will they have. Do you have any other suggestions? I like to use mobile, and the only other two I know of that have mobile are ACI and Clickforms. I know some love ACI, but have heard to many negatives. Clickforms isn't compatible with Andriod tablets. If, I liked their software, I'm not opposed to getting an I-pad, but I don't want to buy an I-pad to try it out and then not like it. It just makes me sick to my stomach the thought of having to given CoreLogic another $1000 of my money...
