i highly doubt it will take 7-10 days to run an AVM and have someone, even 3 people, review it. in the busy parts of the country appraisers are quoting 2-3 weeks or more.

which literally means you cannot both possess your cake and eat it. Once the cake is eaten, it is gone. You cannot possess the cake after you eat it.

It can be used to say that one cannot or should not have or want more than one deserves or can handle, or that one cannot or should not try to have two incompatible things.

For these people getting avm's, there should be some disclosures to the borrower's or users saying who they can contact for liability. There probably is. Idk.

Who? The same people shooting $10 BPO pictures now...and the appraisers that will be out of work. Definitely not a shortage of potential field workers.
