Say the above if you want to be offensive. Some people including Republicans are vehemently opposed to trump.
BTW imo Trump is more likely to scrap appraisers, as it is possible one came in "low" sometime in his past.

Order something expensive for lunch. Tell him if Trump is elected, real estate appraisals will still be required because he understand real estate. If Hillary is elected, she'll go to AVMs or Zillow for valuations because someone paid her $1 million for a speech, but she'll still keep all the staff of FHA, FNMA, and VA

Hillary screaming: "FREE APPRAISALS FOR THE UNDER PRIVILEDGED CLASS"

Who comprises the underprivileged class in your view? Code word for racist leanings, come out and say who you mean.

. Trump has a high likelihood of scrapping appraisals he is the ultimate dog eat dog capitalist with losers deserve to lose mentality. In his view appraisers are losers for not being high roller RE winners. He called John Mcain is a loser for letting himself be captured. Anything that might stop a deal is garbage in his view, go ahead vote for him watch him pay you back by striking regulations about appraisals as soon as he can manage it.

What are you talking about?

J, maybe you need to stick with things like Market Capitalization Rate, and such...

Doing appraisals now compared to 20 years ago is different. I like using google and look at the subject prior to accepting the assignment. I have easy access on the internet to research subject property - public records, permits, etc.
However, compared to 20 years ago, there are more pages to fill out, more reviews, and CU to worry about. Overall, I don't feel I'm making as much money as I did 20 years ago especially with a middle man involved. Unless you love appraising, there are more potential income benefits in other fields.

Pulling out the race card is so classy.

There are vastly more poor people who are white in this country than all other races combined.

The Appalachian area of the country is very poor and has an overwhelming majority of white people.

Absolutely right! Well said.

Jesus was born in a manger. So, look at people like Mother Teresa too. Those are just a couple for noting.

Also, appraising helps all income levels keep from getting screwed in many many cases.
