GPAR unrestricted single family

I've got a client asking for the unrestricted single family GPAR form. My software provider (SFREP) does not have access to this form. I've asked the client if they will accept any other form, but they cannot. Can any one point me in the right direction for a blank PDF of this form? Google has been no help.
What is the purpose and use of the report that they require an "unrestricted" form for

It's a company that handles trust valuations.
Right....GP form without all the Fannie lingo. Ala mode even has a GP certifications page to drop in the report to cya.

I can't believe that SFREP doesn't offer a GP form.... I'd call back one more time and ask for a manager.

Yep...been there. Not my choice on the software. It's the company I'm with. Never been happy with them but haven't been able get the company to switch.

Doesn't matter what you suggest - he's gonna shoot it down. :)

I believe that the form is an approved AI form as Brewer pointed out. Sounds like your client is a dip****. I'd decline and not waste any more time with it. I do dozens of estate appraisals for trusts and attorneys and use only narratives. There is no real requirements by law for trust valuations other than the IRS normally does not like a restricted report.

By the post that's just above yours, it sounds like his hands are tied and he has no choice of which software to use.

He just has to pass on the assignment if the client won't accept a narrative as Terrel suggests.

It's possible they would refuse the AI form and dig their heels in, but I've never heard of someone forcing the use of the GPAR over the AI. Best of luck to him, though.

Tell the Client you don't have and can't find a copy of an 'unrestricted single family GPAR form' and ask them to send you one. If they can't, then you tell them what you can do. If they can, then you may have to buy a typewriter.
