I prefer the offer I once got, God...she was good lookin! Unfortunately I was too happily married, Sigh. Could just see listing that in the appraisal report and transmittal letter. LOL.

The photo addendum could be incriminating.........

Note to self....put condoms in bag next to measuring tape........

Mr. Homeowner, thank you for your gracious offer. But as a professional I always complete the assignment for only the agreed upon fee. I certainly do appreciate the compliments, you have made my day. Here's a couple of business cards should you ever need appraisal services in the future.

I've never heard it called a 'gratuity' before.

That's close to brilliant.

Every now and then the owner of a property with a vineyard will give me a bottle of their wine. I usually accept it because I don't want to hurt their feelings... they're very proud of the wines from their own vineyards.

I don't especially like wine and usually give it away as gifts to family members.

You need a shot of JD droped into the wine glass. Then you will like Mogan David or Annie Green Springs. Makes for a no pain night after a saddle bronc has unloaded and planted you head first.

If toss the mix on a dead tree early in the moring by noon the tree with be alive and have green leaves.

Now I try and teach the male pups around me. Never ever turn it down. There will come a time in your life when you start to remember all those you truned down. Theres no way to make it up. Its like water under the bridge. You missed and can never get it back. No pups never turn it down.
