Half Bath done without permit

Unpermitted = Does not really exist.

But, I came, I saw, I flushed.

Should we be discussing the nature of reality?
What is illusion, what is true?

I don't put any bathrooms in my total room count?? per FNMA/FHA/Peers.. Go back to go, do not collect $200...
 
It's interesting many AF appraisers don't admit what they do with an unpermitted bathroom.
It should be simple but makes me worry that my peers are doing it all wrong and reviewers are accepting it.

Yes if there are no discrepancy from my sources.

Subject had discrepancies so I had to call owner regarding the half bathrm status. She fessed up after two contacts.
When I was there, I said out loud "So you have a 2 bedrm 1.5 bath home" and she didn't say anything.
I knew something wasn't right when she didn't confirm with me.

Permits are a non-issue in my market. The only time someone applies for a permit is when they are building new.
