She has far better standing on this forum then you may ever have.

As far as the validity of this forum, I might suggest that you go hug a tree some where else or pack sand and howel at the moon.

Bad enough I get spammed to death with marketing schemes, worse that appraisers prey on other appraisers with endless "fee split" schemes, and now we are treated to it on this forum. Nice try, guys, but no cigar. If you want to advertise on this forum, try paying for an ad.

to have found this site. I sense there are some gritty people here. Nice to be amongst friends. Lots of reformed preacher/appraisers these days. Some might even be teaching USPAP. Like when the ladies of the day /night in "Life & Times of Judge Roy Bean" turned into :new_smile-l: respectable ladies of the town. They made their money with their methods and now are preaching integrity. And the world goes round and round....

The carbetbaggers abound. I get besieged weekly with offers to hook up and prosper.......... Cant blame them for trying. They are mostly smart individuals who have learned from the AMC's Not bogus either, they market well and find apprs to work in the areas and then can market same as any AMC. If you work for any, I suppose you could steal their clients and then quit. You'd know who you were doing apps for. No honor amongst theives anyway is there? Right now the pool is like crows or vultures fighting over slim pickin's. No different than the scene after a disaster or at a HUGE sale! People will do ANYTHING when the pressure is on.
