I stand corrected RE my assertion that every politician at the federal level is a crook. Apparently, Mr. Graham died with net assets of ~ $1.4M after spending 3 decades in office. He was a beacon set in a very dark place.

Americans in the Haves and Have Nots live differently.
The Haves are not affected as much in current economy especially with the booming stock market.
I wished I had put more money in stock market than in real estate especially less tenant problems. Ugh.
