How Many Windows 11 Updates So far this year.

I use linux for everything except the Form appraisal software. It is easy to move files between the two and access the Linux word, GIS,Web and spreasheet can be accessed on teh Inux frm the Windows machine. My windows in in a virtual machine in linux or a laptop on the same network. Much fewer Windows headaches. I recently switched to the Brave browser and like it over Firefox and Google(Duck Duck Go). The Ducks did not do to well yesterday.

Sing to the tune of Penelope Pit Stop calling for Underdog.

Oh where oh where can Windows 7 be, oh where oh where can it beeeeee.
Its happy and running nicely on my backup computer and that's the only operating system that PC will ever see. Probably the best OS MS put out.

I still use typewriters for my lease using old lease and white out and type new changes. Wife says I should keep up with technology but it works for me.
Old lease terms are so favorable to landlord unlike current leases.
Your old lease is outdated and antiquated not keeping up with current landlord and tenant laws.

Listen to the wife... but, as per my teachings to you in the past, don't let her berate and disrespect you.

I've had it. I just ordered a refurb Win 10 machine the size of this one which I keep next to my chair just to surf. 11 updated me again...reinstalled all that onedrive bs and when I tried to get rid of it, it wiped out all the pix and docs I had on the machine. Not in recyle, not anywhere. Lost in the ozone of Onedrive.

When it arrives I am going to take great pleasure in using this machine for target practices with my .45-70... or maybe my 45 long colt - enough is enough

I believe Microsoft is pirating everyone's OneDrive account for their Copilot AI. When some knucklehead wants to know how to appraise rural properties with several outbuildings and pole barns....Microsoft is going to snatch your write-ups for Copilot..... obviously without your permission.

I'm telling you folks, when you get a new machine, you download REVO Uninstaller Pro and do a deep uninstall into the bowels of the registry so it can't attach OneDrive on updates.

OneDrive ruined the way I worked on my last computer.....the worst.

First thing to do is nix OneDrive. I have disabled it on my machine after I discovered not only does it back up your data, it literally removes it from it"s previous location on your PC. There is a restore function you can use to reclaim your stuff. I had to do that and got it back.
