What a scam that was. I was approached by the local rep to buy a couple of zones for 10K a pop. The concept made no sense to me and I figured Google could do it for free. I had a few fellow appraisers that bought more than one, losers.
That part was always a mystery to me, plus the google photo would be more current than the "Z" photo.

I doubt the loans which are made with hybrids have an asterisk in their file to alert the owner of the note what exactly they’re buying.
Fannie's single-family loan delivery guide incorrectly instructs users to enter "desktop appraisal" for hybrid and traditional. How can they even claim to be able to accurately study hybrids vs traditional appraisal if the loan level data they are collecting instructs lenders to enter the wrong info? It is also going to misinform buyers of MBS down the line.

We are supposed to trust that these people have their act together and trust their data?

That is shameful. When it reaches a level where investors' losses are in the billions there will be another movie about Michael Burry.

I think the level of collateral risk is way higher now than 2008. Way higher. The level of loss is higher too. GSEs don't have enough money to bail them out. Banks don't either.

It could wipe Elon Musk out. Think about that. You know where next meltdown bailout will fall.

GSEs know that also. Banks do also. Elon does also.

I am getting more liquidation assignments. Are you?

No telling how much is in hidden inventory.

Who me? I'm getting a few more than last year. I'm still convinced there is a shadow inventory, but nothing like the level in 2007-2010.
