I wonder if Fannie will have a do not use list of AMCs who aren’t in lock step with their hybrid experiment. There must be a creepy place in Fannie land where they put those products together, somehow I visualize the island of Dr. Moreau, the H.G. Wells classic.

Most AMCs are consolidating or closing there's not enough business volume to go around. My guess is by the time it ends there will be a handful of very large AMCs that control 80% of the order flow.

Kinda like Software Providers 5 control 90% of the residential market. And soon maybe only two.

The lender's are told who to use or given choice to choose from, most will be closed up over the next 24 month's there is no money in it for most and it's not a growth business.

Kinda like the last Black Smiths in the big cities most died or went broke over a 5 to 8 year period.

Maybe they could be, but numerous USPAP instructors on Facebook groups say they’ve reviewed hundreds of them and haven’t seen one yet.

Most USPAP instructors on Facebook are in the unemployment line.
