I Was In Error. Apparently There Is A 12th Member Of The Illinois 'appraisal Board'

While I understand that you may not be able to provide any more details for some reason, your lack of details about who and what they are doing has not provided any sunlight on anything that is going on in the room. Right now, based on what you have provided thus far, there is nothing to see. Hopefully, at some point in the near future you will be able to provide some additional details so that we can actually understand what you say is happening.

Truthfully, from what you have stated so far, I have no idea whether you have a legitimate complaint about how the current board operates or your complaints are just the rantings of an ex-board member with an axe to grind against the new board members.

I don't know why anyone has to make any wild ars guess about anything. If there is something untoward going on at the IL board it should be exposed to the public in detail...If Lee actually wants to let sunlight in the room, then he should actually let sunlight into the room.

What first brings me here is to spread some sunlight on what is at present not discussed except among a few folks and is certainly not discussed freely or openly on the 9th Floor at the James R. Thompson Center in downtown Chicago. There is one--not a member of the Board--who is making great effort to re-create the Board in his own image. Given this person's official position and what with many new, or, newer, members of the the Board, the influence can be effective (and recently was). For now, my effort here is to give alert that all is not well and to have eyes and ears open. This will have to suffice for now.

I don't know why you bothered to post anything if you are not willing to provide details and name names. You have not spread any light on anything and have provided exactly zero useful information about what is going on. The only thing we can tell from your post is that you think something stinks in an IL government agency/board....try telling us something that we did not already know. You say that you want to spread sunlight but you have done nothing of the sort.
