I've had 2 of these confiscated by uber alert TSA officers before boarding aircraft, nothing gets past them, our government is protecting us. Note: not actual size.

My friend's 6"1" volleyball champ daughter - thug that she is - got one taken from her luggage - about an 1.5" long one she did her nails with. We, of course, then referred to her as the potential skyjacker.

Hearing in Harney County concluded today. No ruling until January 3rd or later. All of BM114 is still on hold, yet large retailers still refuse to ship standard capacity magazines to Oregon.

Tuesday: Harney County Circuit Court Judge Robert S. Raschio ruled to continue to temporarily block Measure 114′s provision that would require the completion of a criminal background check before a gun can be sold or transferred. Oregon FFLs may still transfer a firearm if a background check takes longer than three business days to complete.

Every single part of Measure 114 is now on hold until at least March 7 or after (state must have permitting process functional before full trial will be held).
