I get the point you're trying to make but you do realize there is ZERO benefit to posting on this forum under your real name? Especially if you frequent the Watercooler.
Professionals are taken down by social media posts at an ever increasing rate and we're no different. A seemingly benign comment today or 10 years ago can be used against you for any number of reasons tomorrow.
As soon as anonymity of username was allowed, I changed mine and suggest everyone do the same
No my guess is the block is generated by users ISP ( Example no matter what names I use or have used will be blocked on new or existing threads. The history may never be gone.Wait....I can change my name on here?
I agree with you. Its an unlevel playing field. The steady hands posting under their actual names vs. the screen pukers with nothing to lose.
My solution at this point is to just starting clicking 'ignore' on the hostile people, but I don't even understand how that works. Can they still respond to a post I made?
