Quite seamless, huh!

I was starting to worry Mom was right about: You'll go blind if you keep that up. :rof:

I would like to join the recovering PC Access Users support group.:new_all_coholic:

They better fix the listing history link soon, I feel spoiled after having to add in PC Access.

I was thrilled to see that the Map Search (Rubberband) has an "input address" area now and it will center on that point.

Countdown 'till the hour of death for PC Access....anyone else made the switch?

Everything looks sauvecito today!

We're completely in as of yesterday. In fact, the Area Market Survey section was fixed the way we asked, (and this has been ongoing for two months now) as well, and you can now do a fantastic study, the same as we were accustomed with Rex.

One little glitch to go, and that system will be as good as it gets, so keep on them they DO respond. Like everything else, it just takes time and a bit of nagging.

Dave...

When is the deadline to switch? I'm using Lightning and thought that the dl was sometime in the next few months.

This is on the front page of the Chicago Association of Realtors website:

Announcement: Compass (PC Access, Lightning 2000i & REXplorer) Will Become Obsolete on September 30, 2008. MRED will be offering the Transition to connectMLS training course to assist users in making the transition from Compass to connectMLS. In addition, many new features will be added to Version 3.0 of connectMLS (scheduled for release August 26, 2008) to provide services that PC Access, RE Explorer and Lightning offered. Click here for a guide to the new features.

Just a reminder, some of the functions of Connect MLS will work with browsers other than IE, however I was told by the help desk that IE is the only browser that all functions of ConnectMLS are designed to work with , I had a problem with the mapping feature using AOL, I switched to IE , there were no problems.

DOM can be found on the new system. When pulling up your listing go to the upper right hand corner (above list price) and find "additional information" click on that and then click on "listing and property history."
