Increase in insurance

One company said they won't renew one of my properties
Several companies have left the state and more will follow if your idiot governor and legislature doesn't stop trying to kill them.
My condo insurance increased like 1-2% and under $400.
$400 in increase? $400 a month? $400 a year? My property insurance runs $1000 a year for the farm. Total - $1000 deductible.

My condo insurance are under $400/year, not much increase for condos.
I think it's low because it only covers the interior of the premise.

But your HOA fee increased skyrocket, right? That include part of main structure insurance fee up.

It didn't increase that much. Like less than 10%.
Last year when they increased it, I didn't pay attention since it's autopay. HOA should have sent me advance notice. Very rude.

Is you property free and clear? If you have a mortgage. The lender will have something to say about coverage.
My commercial property is free and clear. I was reading my tenant's certificate of Liability Insurance and it has the owner (me) included as additional insured in the policy.
I'm thinking I don't need to buy insurance since tenant covers me.

is that liability for injury only and/or damage to the interior of his space only. might not cover jewish lightning, or an occurrence outside the inside of his space.
there is a great jewish quote that i think you live by, and it's really a good thought.
better the penny should be in my pocket than in yours.

Didn't mean to be a complainer......-------....... yes, I'm a complainer that insurance companies increasing or stop insuring my commercial properties.

Come on man.

It's just all those "good paying union jobs" Joe brought back.

my home insurance in this big old city has been the same forever. however, my car insurance in this wokie da city just went up 50%.
i was told that paint 2 scatches on 2 car doors would be over $1,000. lucky i haven't been jacked, but my black suv looks like a dea car.

I'm still looking for a replacement insurance company. It's like jumping hoops. I'm guilty and have to prove myself.
My broker is asking me to take photos of my property showing no graffiti. WTF.
And there is a drone photo of my roof with patches fixed. Over past few weeks with torrential rain, I had no ceiling leaks.
And now asking for a loss history. I thought insurance companies have a common database snitching on property owners.
I'm asking for high $10,000 deductible and last time the insurance was over $6,000. Why they giving me a hard time?
