Is AI too honest for appraisal work?

fair housing laws do not state that appraisers cannot talk about crimes...prove me wrong :rof:
Sure they can talk about crimes. And then get dropped by their clients.

I'm not greedy. I let other appraisers take assignments I don't like - "Crips" neighborhoods, $10+ million homes, overimprovements, fixer uppers, or homes with abnormal ADUs.

I don't understand how you or anyone else can read the ETHICS RULE and still think it's okay to deliberately antagonize people - including your clients - into thinking you are biased against them or their friends and family. And actively acting against their legitimate interests.

disclose and disclaim...dont blame me because the unethical have no morals

Subject to the prevailing laws, rules and regulations.

You seem to think the ONLY explanation for believing the appraiser and lender conspired against their civil rights is because that reader is immoral.

You're wrong. That isn't the only explanation. They might be wrong, but challenging the outcome doesn't demonstrate that their motivation for raising the question is immoral. It doesn't prove anything. Nor is "bias" the only complaint these readers make about appraisals. Questioning a GLA calculation or comp selection doesn't prove immoral intent.

go ahead...post the fair housing law

censor myself or lose my job...orwell is right

No different than applies to most workers when they're on the clock. That self-employed carpet installer can't expect to retain their business relationships by antagonizing the property owners. That McDonalds worker isn't free to preach their antifa sympathies to their customers. Etc., etc.
