Is anyone out there using AI as a tool in developing reports?

Real property is such a unique product. Regression analysis can help. You can find a class to do a simple regression analysis. But for overall market value, every piece of real property is very unique with so many variables. Regression analysis can’t handle that many variables without someone with local knowledge.
I ask Bert how would regression work in rural areas. He replied by saying he would go back further in time. I thought about wat he said. So I did not tell him what I was thinking. In a nut shell, in my rural areas if you go back in time the density of SFR decreases dramatically. In other words just plain ole vacant land with few sales of even vacant land.

AI-enabled drones can make decisions without human intervention through the use of an autopilot system, which consists of software and hardware that process sensor data, execute flight plans, and make autonomous decisions. AI algorithms combine and interpret data from sensors like cameras, LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging), radar, and infrared detectors to help drones understand their surroundings, identify obstacles, recognize objects, and analyze complex scenarios.

The key purpose of an autonomous drone is to reduce human input and error through the use of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). However, there are some potential disadvantages to AI-enabled drones, including privacy concerns and data security risks. For example, AI can analyze data without consent, which could infringe on personal privacy rights. Additionally, the data collected and processed by AI-driven drones is vulnerable to cyberattacks, and if this data is accessed by unauthorized parties, it could be misused.
