The only accurate way would be to hire a landscaper and get an estimate of the cost to replace. I WOULD NOT attempt to provide an estimate in my appraisal.Client has large house with expansive yard and landscaping. Wants estimate of cost to replace landscaping & trees, if fire or EQ. Anyone have tip on estimating software i can use to build? Craftsman has it for house, but not for landscaping....
My nephew was cleaning his gutters and a snake popped up out of the trash, and he toppled off his ladder and ended up in the hospital with a concession and a nasty gash in his head.... he rented a lift the next time...
I have (had) to clean my gutters 2-3 times/ year. About 10 yrs ago I slipped on the roof (6/12 pitch) and quit sliding just before I hit the gutters, 18' drop after the gutters.
Next day I called a gutter guy and had him install leaf guards. $1,500, much cheaper than a trip to the ER or a funeral.
He used this type, they work great.
