Lawsuit Alleges Appraisal Institute Has Given States Fraudulent Test Results For Years

How about instead of playing with your little toy, you actually think about it for a second and do your own research. Why wouldn't a body that approves courses for the state be able to audit said course?

I don't have time to check on the appraisal regulations for all. 50 states in the United States. They are all different. So why discuss Minnesota's regulations? You are wasting your time: You are so far wrong in every instance. And, you lack common sense.

AI is definitely going to make people stupid. We are witnessing one of the appraisal profession's largest IQ brains, possibly the largest brain in terms of both volume and processing capability, quickly wither to a paltry median performance.

Maybe you and Claude are spending too much time together?

Now you've done it. Stand by for incoming.
What incoming? No one is being criticized for creating challenging/difficult courses and exams. The criticism is in grading those exams. At the end of the day, is it too much to ask that exams be graded properly and without excuses? Either way, I don't expect the institute and its defenders to change their ways unless they are forced too through legal or regulatory action.

I wasn't referring to that. And FTR, I don't critique on Appraisal Institute politics because I'm not a member and it's none of my business.

If they are handling classes like USPAP in this way, just imagine what they must be doing with Parea. This is why TAF chose them to administer Parea. Certify them, regardless of whether they pass the exam or not!

You might want to hire both ladies back AI. I am not in charge.
