This issue doesn't really matter. Just another step towards irrelevance. Appraisal Institute is going away with the rest of us.
How about instead of playing with your little toy, you actually think about it for a second and do your own research. Why wouldn't a body that approves courses for the state be able to audit said course?

What incoming? No one is being criticized for creating challenging/difficult courses and exams. The criticism is in grading those exams. At the end of the day, is it too much to ask that exams be graded properly and without excuses?
