I have been at it 20 years if we are having a pissing contest.

My judgement is not in question, compliance is. Actually, compliance is not in question either...I'm gonna do what they ask bc I have bigger fish to fry in my life. Just putting into the universe what is going down in order to help my fellow appraiser.

I've been in it for over 30 years. I saw the changes back then and had to be careful with my comments.
Some just late in complying.

Don't worry some will consider this fake news if CNN or NYTimes doesn't report it. It sounds very real to me.
