You've gotten this far without being hassled by them. I don't think you have much to fret about going forward because I'm pretty sure you aren't going to repeat this non-error.
If you're concerned that you've been placed on a watchlist then perhaps start with sending them a note saying that you think it's grossly unfair and hope they reconsider on that basis. You have nothing to lose.
I try to be mindful about the terms I use in my reports just in general. But I'm sure I've inadvertently used terms before that could set off the tripwire. We are all of us exposed to certain legal risks in our day-to-day. About all we can do is all we can do.
