Mass Layoffs

Spicer: Trump says jobs reports aren't phony anymore

I don't need to explain anything, OSU does.

Career bureaucrats may over/under estimate figures in their analysis but they do so in a consistent manner. They act per their process and procedures manual. It doesn't change because of who is president, senator, or governor. That you don't agree with their method doesn't matter to anyone but you. What matters is the delta between periods analyzed.
Regardless the errors are systematic and could do a better job. Obviously, their polling is flawed.

That's just it. Somebody will always take issue with the methodology. As long as what you perceive as errors are consistently applied it really doesn't matter when comparing one period to another.

If the BLS were jacked positive/negative for Biden they were jacked the same way for Trump, Obama, Bush, etc.

As a former bureaucrat, career bureaucrats care about getting their paycheck, accruing service credit, and not pissing off their supervisor. They could care less who is in office.

Tack on $34. You're in business to make money, not float a free loan to your client. Especially a client that may pay you a month or more into the future (if ever is they go BK).

My only client that uses Mercury pays ACH in 3 days and they're also the bank my business account is in. If they go bankrupt I've got bigger problems

well, here is 1 reason for unlimited immigration. tyson is disgusting. i will boycott them.

Campaigners are urging consumers to stop buying Tyson products amid its wave of closures of poultry- and meat-processing plants across Iowa, Virginia, Arkansas, Indiana, and Missouri.

They point to Tyson's efforts to hire thousands of asylum seekers in New York, offering $16.50-an-hour wages and free immigration lawyers, accusing the firm of ditching US-born workers for cheaper migrant labor.

Tyson Foods BOYCOTTED as it sacks 1,300 staff at Iowa pork plant and offers 'job-and-lawyer' packages in bid to hire 42,000 asylum seekers in New York

Wouldn't you want the asylum seekers to work than get free government money?

The government should hire those laid off to round up illegals and put them on boats and drop them off in rubber rafts with paddles in the waters of their native nations.

Good thing Biden's government doesn't do the Texas way and send them out.

Well, let's just invite everyone in and let them take over. I hope the first thing they do is kick your renters out and squat there for the rest of your life and the courts tell you to suck it up and buy their food too. Venezuela has emptied its jails and helped them get to America. And that applies to a bunch of countries. China is sending spies here. Iran is sending terrorists. So whatcha gonna do when they come for you...

Immigrants are the ones starting small businesses. It's hard to make a profit but when run by families, they can go around the high minimum wage laws.
Minimum wages too costly for small businesses.
Almost all my tenants were once immigrants. However, their next generation doesn't want to continue because it's hard work.

More immigrants, more tenant supply given limited supply of residential rentals around here. This year I want to raise my rents but the rents haven't been increasing as much.
Need more people moving here.
