I had two clients baring down on me...I just finished doing a HP 12C statistical neighborhood analysis form Orange County public records to demonstrate that the condo project the subject was in has declined 18% since last year when the stupid MLS finally came back online!

You don't know what you got until it is gone...

JIC...The MLS is currently up, but instead of using your login key, you need to use your old password until they get things patched up.

You could always send them a screen shot of the MLS home page showing the "Technical Issues" message.

Thanks for the tip Robert. I can get in that way, but it won't let me print (which is the same as not getting in for all practical purposes.)

By the way, did they just switch to First American or has it always been owned by First American?

I finally got through to somebody at support tech who said use the old password.

It has always been First American.

The problems are related to a major update of the system. A new mapping system is utilized that works in IE7.

I sent that letter to the MLS asking that they adress the concession issue and Mr. Belton Jennings, CEO of the ORRA indicated he would get my letter in the proper hands since the MLS is a totally different entity.

Arrrrggghhh...

No concessions spot AND they took out the median statistic! Now it reads high - low- average...who uses an average in real estate? If anyone finds a setting to add median, please let me know.
