Mid Florida Regional MLS has been down all day

It's even more ironic

than that-they turned off Passport the same day-so nobody had a fallback at all.

After I argued with the tech support director that was a recipe for disaster-she assured me it would be no problem at all. Comprehensive testing and all that-of course, they wouldn't let any of us test it, either, would they?

LOL

More issues

page size doesn't display correctly on screens with a sidebar going vertically up the screen-its reading the actual screen size, not the actual display window, which results in needing to sidescroll. BLEAH!

Further, it glitches, necessitating in needing to reset the search parameters in order to get the results.

Overall, it seems much much much much much much slower too-it lags when displaying pop outs such as for the drop down menus.

pic sizes may be smaller now too-not a good thing when you have large monitors and cant even tell from the enlarged pics what you're looking at (and this on a 2007 sale for nearly 9 mil!).

Did anyone catch the agreement-they are selling you out to marketing...sigh

Really helpful for all of us that get MLS lsiting flyers-and can't do anything with them because we are-APPRAISERS!!!

Gee, thanks MLXCHANGE!

Looks like a good time to shut down here and head to North Carolina. :new_smile-l:

I've been debating when to cutoff my business here. This mess makes it easier to decide; I'd rather not deal with it. :new_all_coholic: On the bright side, the map searching is much more flexible.

I don't like the new system. The map tool is the pits - I dont see where you can put a 1 mile radius on there and it is soosoo small! Who moved my chesse!?

I sent that letter to the MLS asking that they adress the concession issue and Mr. Belton Jennings, CEO of the ORRA indicated he would get my letter in the proper hands since the MLS is a totally different entity.

Mr. Jennings e-mail address is ceo@orlrealtor.com if you care to also drop him a line. I'm sure he'll get your e-mails to the right person.

I have been in contact with the MLS training guy that tells me he controls a lot of this and he thinks concession spots is stupid. He is a real charmer to deal with, I don't think he has a spot in his heart for appraisers.
I will also send my letter to Mr. Jennings. If we all gang up then things might move faster. Also, we neeed to send letters to members of the MLS board, that is the home page in a pdf file. Per my contact, they make the decision. I requested their next meeting date but the trainer guy won't tell me....

Draw a circle - that gives radius as it draws.
