Hi Jim. I'd been hoping we could get some interest in a Missouri forum. This is good. It will be a good place to put local links like to to the state statutes, CE classes, & etc. all in one place.
If you guys want to get together and let one person be responsible for putting the links up I think that would be great. That way you wouldn't be putting up the same links over and over.
If you want to do this, let me know after they are up and I will make them a sticky for the MO forum.
Start a thread with the title "Links to Missouri Websites" or something to that effect.
Then within the thread have posts with links. It don't have to be all in one post, it can be several posts within a thread. Since posts can be edited by users, the links can be updated when they change.
I was at a CE class last week and Mrs. Lowman was saying that there is the possiblilty of our license renewal fee being $1.00. Apparently the govenor wants to take all unused funds out of all state agencies and apply those towards the general fund. The appraisers commission is considering lowering the fee to a buck to prevent prevent the govenor from doing that to our renewal money pool account. I would anticipate that the next cycle then we would incur a renewal fee of $799.00 to make up for it.
