Missouri Appraisers

Has anyone heard/taken any of the McKissock Appraisal School on line CE classes. Since I have 28 hrs of classes to come up with by June I thought I would take them online any input would be great.
 
I have taken several classes through them. Like other training you only get out of it what you put in.

I recently took a couple of classes with them. I agree that you get out what you put in. They were well organized and informative. I was able to work at my own pace and when I had the time. Each chapter is available as a .pdf file and can be downloaded or printed for future reference. There are short tests on each chapter and a final test at the end. Those can be taken more than once if they are not passed the first time around. The price seemed reasonable as well.

Good stuff!

I use them exclusively, since they are the only serious provider to teach MO and IL approved classes.

I would rather be able to take classes from Sharon Lowman again, but for me it is McKissock or do them twice.

Hello everyone! This is my first post here. I never knew this place existed! I have worked in Stone and Taney Counties in Missouri (Branson area) for 14 years. Good to see a site for appraisers.

Taney and Stone are interesting counties. You could probably teach a class on 'appraising the hard ones". :laugh:
