MLS access/Board of Realtors fees

I am now a licensed Realtor and have joined a local board. The only way for me to draw attention to me being an appraiser is to join again as an "Affiliate Member." Go figure!

MLS quirks abound. I am an affiliate member as an appraiser, but in order to benefit for group health insurance, I needed to join the board as an affiliate non-appraiser. Go figure!
