after this big dust up settles and those still standing realize
Richard Hagar's "Flight to Quality" prediction will come true(r)
as remaining lenders engage the remaining appraisers
for honest appraisal and analysis work
THEN domestic and foreign investors may regain some confidence in U.S.
mortgages and re-enter the MBS market, taking the pressure
back some from Fannie/Freddie who have become the noteholders of last resort
i.e. taxpayers on the hook
This is of course after the investors eat billions to trillions in losses from the
non-performing loans already in their portfolios. They are gonna have to, further bailouts
will be too political for present administration to abide if Bush team wants McCain elected.

Amazing... I don't get it? What is Bush's angle on this? Maybe blame the democrats for the mortgage mess? There is always political angle with the scum. Our country has too many TV watching idiots to ever be great again. Anyone who believes the TV or the newspaper is dumber than GW Bush and democratic party put together. Our country is doomed and its just the way most of the rubbernecking americans like it. Come watch the disaster on the news! Oh wait its our country that is burning its not entertainment. Our currency has been trashed, by our own government and nobody is protesting it! We should be forcing these criminals to step down and nobody does it, why americans aren't raiding Washington by force is beyond me. Anyone ever travel out of the USA the past twenty years, our dollar ain't worth much anymore.
