Color me contrary, but I don't want to use 3.6 software until it works correctly. When I hear most of the bugs are gone from Alamode, then I will start using it.

Also form filling software like Spark. I'm not talking AI picking my comps. Everything that I choose needs to be blown in there like the 2.6. All subject info, comparable info, market analysis, cost approach data, etc. If it can't do it, this is moving backwards....

I'm not going to plod through that thing line by line, drop down by drop down... it'd be like regressing back to the ribbon typewriter.

Some of us simply don't want to associate the companies we work for with our sometimes personal opinions here. It's respectful. But you do you boo.

That is why petitions and boycotts will never have enough participants to get anything done. I certainly understand. Thankful I don't have to live in fear.

Total software is ready and submitting hundreds of reports per day. However if you're waiting the complaining on Facebook to stop in order to dip your toe in the waters, you're going to be waiting a long time. To each their own
