Ndc Data: Revised Site

Very slow, export data comps has glitches, I hit remove trustees dd transfers and they still show up on custom search and again very slow.

No plat maps on the new site either. I tried downloading maps for a few properties just to see if it was a glitch in one specific county...but nope...nada.

Today it times me out every minute and gives me error messages. I go back to legacy and now it won't let me do anything, because it asks me for server authentication. What the heck is up with ndc?

I went to the old site via the link that Couch Potato posted here. I was able to get on the old site and download a plat map, however the new site still does not have plat maps. I also clicked on the aerial map page on the new site, and the only thing it gave me was a google map....no aerial image.

I was told (by a salesman from another data source) that NDC's data is actually 2nd hand and takes longer than some other sites such as Realquest before information shows up....Is this correct in your experience?:Eyecrazy:

That was the case with the previous site, I think the new site might be more current. At least the date at the top showing last updated is more current then before. I use several different services, and in the past newer sales I found on other sites would not show on NDC. I have not tried this with the new site, so I am not sure. But, at least the updated date is current.

At one time I had access to four different services in FL in addition to the MLS. All of them lagged behind in some of the sales. No one service was always first to get the information.

I still can't obtain plat maps from the new site. Also how does one print the property profile without the left margin being approx 4 inches?

I'm getting plat maps. Takes a while though. Is your connection slow?

I dont have any problems with the margins on the profiles. Are you using the File>Print button or are you using the button that's in the middle of the page between the profile and the Deeds section?
