you know, it would be a lot easier to read these things if you guys didn't go off on these tangents. Back before Wamu fell into the abyss they often included an AVM in the download files as part of the assignment. I know I used to print them out some times just to try to learn more about them. It would take a while to go through files from way back when but I might be able to find some. These would be several years old. Is that what you are looking for?

Interestingly, I had a client call me today about a review assignment but then they called back and said they had no appraisal to review. The only thing in the file was an AVM... They may call me about a retrospective appraisal instead.

You could have reviewed the AVM.

I do apologize Cindy. Sometimes I do not like the diverted tangents either. They take us off topic and sometimes I just want results. Sometimes I do enjoy the human nature - some of these guys are funny to watch as they react to each other! Gives me a laugh or two in the current life work depression.

Anyway - This topic is VERY interesting too me especially because Pam asked the question and I hoped we would have feedback such as yours but INSTEAD we have a PERSON critical of a dam term when we all know what Pam meant.

I am ever so glad that you remember and maybe could even FIND a paper AVM and prove there is such a thing. I am hopeful it can be something Pam can use.

I also do think this thread may give Pam a good chuckle when she returns from her real time nightmare. In my heart I think she will and will understand that we all are human, frustrated human appraisers and maybe just a tad edgy these days.

Again, I apologize for being the leader of the diversion here.

Cindie too (from the South)

and as someone said.... Ride on!

I was asked to review an appraisal, as well as the AVM that was ran for the property. Turned down assignment, but have the documents. Is this what Pam is looking for?

m2: :rof: :Eyecrazy:

OK, back on track here.

I would like copies of any AVM run on a certain property, up to a few years ago. There might be paying appraisal orders for the subject properties in the near future.

Send anything / everything you can find and I will work on sorting it out.

Cindy, I'd like to chat with you, maybe you would PM or email your phone number to me, please?

Thank you to all that have responded! Yes, Betty, that will help!

Pam,

YEAH, 22,000!! I think we should send you a cookie gram or something!
Maybe some chocolate....
