Why Use Lsi Or Rels? The Local Banks Will Want To Keep The Money In The Community.

I moved this to "Running an Appraisal Business" because I don't know where else to put it. I did think about the Watercooler, but...

Hundreds of appraiser wannabes now wannabe an AMC. m2: m2: m2:
This is what the ONES in charge of the Appraisal Profession have left us............or maybe wanted to occur. Mmmmm?

Since when does ANY bank give a rat's @$$ about the community? If they did, they would give more of it to us, THE APPRAISERS, then to some half-baked AMC.

Why Is This So Funny. I Ask For Peoples Opinion And U Trash Me. I Just Want To Make Money And Not Foreclose On My House.

Because LSI and RELS offer title services, flood certifications and closing services. They also (though it is debatable) have actual appraisers on staff, people that are supposed to actually know about appraising.

Sorry, I just don't think, "Hi, I'm an appraisal trainee and I want you to let me be in charge of all your appraisal ordering" is going to fly.

Actually, you are not being 'trashed'. You are being freely handed a dose of reality. This is similar to having to take a medicine that will hopefully cure you, but it tastes really nasty.

I Think You Are On To Something... (what, I have no idea, but capitalizing every word is a great start)
