You Actually Don't Need Any Software To Become An AMC. Just Start Getting Appraisal Orders, Then Find Poople To Do Them For Reduced Fees, It's That Simple.

Forgot, Make Sure To Toss Ethics, Honesty and Competency Aside, Those Will Hamper Your Efforts In Being Succesfull As An AMC.

If you have to ask what software to use to set up an AMC, chances are you're at a distinct disadvantage compared to RELS, LSI, Landsafe, etc.
